Terms of Service
AzmFit is not a substitute for medical advice. Consult a qualified physician before starting any new exercise or diet program, especially if you have a medical condition, take medication, or are pregnant.
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing, or using AzmFit ("the app," "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. The service
AzmFit, operated by AzmFit, is an iOS app for tracking workouts, meals, body metrics, and weekly progress. Some features are free; others require an active Personal Pro or Coach Pro subscription.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use AzmFit. You're responsible for:
- Providing accurate registration information.
- Keeping your password secure.
- All activity that happens under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use AzmFit. If you're between 13 and 18, you affirm that your parent or guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Personal Pro and Coach Pro are auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple ID at the rate shown at purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple per their App Store policies — we cannot issue refunds directly.
5. Health and safety disclaimer
AzmFit provides general fitness and nutrition tracking tools. It does not provide medical, nutritional, or therapeutic advice. The calorie and macro targets the app calculates are estimates based on standard formulas (Mifflin-St Jeor for calories, bodyweight ratios for protein, etc.) — they are not a personalized prescription.
Always consult a qualified physician or registered dietitian before starting a new exercise program, changing your diet significantly, or if you have any pre-existing medical condition. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you feel dizzy, faint, short of breath, or experience pain.
6. Coaching relationships
AzmFit's coaching feature lets you connect with a third-party coach inside the app. We provide the platform that hosts this relationship — we are not party to the coaching agreement itself, we don't certify coaches, and we don't guarantee the quality or accuracy of any guidance a coach provides.
Coaches you connect with may see workouts, meals, and metrics you log. You can end any coaching relationship from Settings at any time, which immediately revokes their access to your future data.
7. Your content
Workouts, meals, photos, and notes you create in AzmFit are yours. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process this content solely to provide the service to you (and to your coach if you have one). We will not use your content for advertising, training AI models, or any purpose outside running the app.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app.
- Use the app to harass, threaten, or defraud anyone.
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or subscription tier checks.
- Use automated tools to scrape data from the app.
- Impersonate any person, including AzmFit staff.
9. Intellectual property
The AzmFit name, logo, app, and all software, design, and content (excluding your own data) are owned by AzmFit and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the app without our written permission.
10. Termination
You can stop using AzmFit at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that harms others, the platform, or us. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or that any calculation, recommendation, or AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your situation.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AzmFit and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including, without limitation, personal injury, nutritional miscalculations, missed training goals, or loss of data. Our total liability is capped at the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Saudi Arabia.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
